T-Mobile partnered with Progny to provide family-building benefits to its employees. Eligible employees are provided with $14,000 per child in adoption or surrogacy assistance. The coverage extends to embryo adoption and the adoption of a stepchild.


5. 401K Saving Plan

9. Short and Long Term Disability Benefits


In the event of disability, employees have income protection through this benefit. Employees are eligible at zero cost. Short Term Disability covers up to 75% of pay from the 2nd week to the 26th week of disability. After the 26th week, an employee will be eligible for the long-term discount. Long Term Disability covers 50% of the pay. Employees are free to purchase additional LTD coverage.


10. Tuition Assistance


T-Mobile supports continuous learning and development. Tuition assistance programs allow employees to go back to school, up-skill and gain new skills. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 90 days of service. The program is flexible in the sense that its employees can take classes related to their role or classes related to any other role in the organization. The fees are paid directly to the school when a course is completed and passed with at least a C-. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $5,250, while part-time are eligible for up to 2,500 in fee assistance.
