Compa- Ratio measures how competitive a salary for an individual is versus target positions in the grade or based on market positions such as 25th, 50th and 75th percentile.
Pay Structure is made up of grade, minimum salary, midpoint salary and maximum salary. Pay range is the difference between the maximum and minimum salary for grade in percentage terms.
