Introduction

A toxic work culture is one in which the workplace is plagued by bickering, drama, and disgruntled employees to the point where productivity and employee well-being suffer. As a leader, you must make the establishment of a positive work culture a top priority. It's one of the fundamentals that successful businesses like Facebook adhere to. Because culture evolves and changes, it's essential to keep an eye on it and fine-tune it as needed. The characteristics of toxic work culture are sometimes right out in the open and thus easy to correct, but other times they are concealed, and leaders must make constant attempts to discover them. Here are a few warning signs of a toxic workplace environment that both leaders and employees should be aware of and avoid.

One of the most valuable parts of the free resources section is the case studies section. This section has some of the best studies on the application of human resources. Under the community section, you will be able to see a section called the "Ask the Expert". In this section, users can ask questions related to HR and other fields. Experts have been lined up in different fields to answer your questions. Under the "Situations wanted" we allow you to showcase your talent so that employers can view your profile.
