Telecommuting

Also known as remote work or telework, refers to a work arrangement in which employees can perform their job duties from a location outside of the traditional office environment. Instead of commuting to a physical workplace, telecommuters use technology such as computers, internet access, and communication tools to connect with their colleagues and complete their tasks remotely.
