Protected Concerted Activity

Refers to the legal right of employees to engage in collective action to improve their working conditions or address workplace issues. It is a concept derived from the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) in the United States, which protects employees' rights to engage in activities such as forming or joining labour unions, discussing wages and working conditions with colleagues, and taking part in strikes or other forms of protest.
