Exit Interview

It is a meeting between an employee who is leaving a company and a representative of the Organization, typically someone from human resources. The purpose of an exit interview is to gather feedback from the departing employee about their experience working for the company, including reasons for leaving, areas where the company could improve, and any issues or concerns that the employee may have had during their tenure. The information gathered during an exit interview can be used by the Organization to identify areas for improvement and make changes to policies or procedures that may help retain employees in the future.
