Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

It is a metric companies use to measure employee loyalty and satisfaction. It is based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS), commonly used to measure customer loyalty. eNPS asks employees to rate on a scale of 0-10 how likely they are to recommend their company as a workplace. Scores of 9-10 are considered "promoters," 7-8 are "passives," and 0-6 are "detractors." The eNPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, resulting in a score ranging from -100 to +100. A high eNPS indicates that employees are satisfied with their work environment and are more likely to recommend the company as a great workplace.
