  • Stress levels are directly correlated with happiness. Additionally, stress negatively affects employee output. Employees are more productive when their workplaces are stress-free.
  • Transparency and psychological security. Happy workers are more inclined to divulge information and acknowledge errors. History has shown that covering up corporate errors may have disastrous results.
  • Happiness and creativity go hand in hand. Therefore, more inventive ideas are used when employees are pleased.
  • Employees that are content will work harder.

 

The key component lacking in certain firms may be happiness in the workplace. Leaders should prioritize workplace happiness to increase their organization's productivity, psychological safety and workforce creativity.
