24/09/2020 2:46 AM

Introduction

In a bid to continuously provide a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, sexual harassment at work should be eradicated. This particular research sought to estimate the prevalence of sexual harassment in the workplace and how well employees are aware of their rights with regards to sexual harassment at work.

Sexual harassment in the workplace includes but is not limited to unwelcome and unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, and other verbal or physical contacts of a sexual nature that creates an unpleasant environment.
