Job Description:

Main Duties:

  • Preparation, Evaluation and review of the department and effectively manage the shipping program
  • Planning for shipments as per production and shipping programs
  • Ensuring that the whole Company's shipment program conforms with local and international legislation and best shipping practice locally and globally
  • Managing the common and anticipated risks in shipping
  • Negotiating transportation and other fees with carriers
  • Managing the day to day activities of the department

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Shipping, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • At least 5 years experience with shipping software
  • Experience working with a shipping software
