Duties and Responsibilities

• Uphold a strng compliance culture including implementation of compliance training and induction.
• Keeps abreast of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements and development.
• Performs impact analysis nd update relevant compliance policy and procedures.
• Works closely with line managers to assist in the implementation of compliance improvements required to ensure the company/business units meet the contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance regulatory concerns and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance or equivalent.
• Qualified Internal Auditor.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience in Compliance Management.
• Proven skills in audit management in heavy machinery industry.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
